The lab of Tejing Vietnam is fully equipped to analyse not only the input raw material but also the final products. Additionally, during every phase of production, chemical elements such as WO3, Mo, NH3, NaOH, Cl are analysed promptly to make sure all have achieved the requirements specified. This analysis is done to control the processes, increase production capacity and maintain the quality of product.
The lab is divided into different units to assure the accuracy of the testing result. The lab has a total of 7 units:
- 1 unit for raw material testing
- 1 unit for production control
- 4 units for testing output products including APT, BTO, YTO, W2C
- 1 unit for testing output products of W and WC
The Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer is used to analyze elements such as Na, K, Ca, Pb, Cu, etc. The Spectrometer is used to analyse many elements at the same time, such as Cd, Al, Bi, Sb, Mn, Fe, V, Ti, Si, Mg, Co, etc. The VIS spectrophotometer is used to determine elements such as WO3, P, S, Mo, Sb, etc. Average particle size testing device or laser granularity analysis instrument are used for testing the grain size of products.
Many important elements (such as As, -NH4, etc.) which influence environmental issues are tested carefully and adhere to strict protocol in an effort to make sure that the discharged materials are within the parameters and meet the requirements established by local government.
